As a CAP certified laboratory you can be sure that we are dedicated to excellence in the practice of laboratory medicine.
Our primary focus is to provide reliable, quality laboratory service. Our customer service staff works with our customers
to customize the services and information that you need.
Our Services
• On-site phlebotomy. We understand that it’s often difficult for a patient to make it
to a blood draw facility. That’s why we’ll send one of our highly skilled
phlebotomists to you.
• Turn-around time. Most test results returned within 24-48 hours. All critical values
will be called in immediately.
• STAT Testing. We understand how important it is for your patients to get results
quickly. We can report STAT tests within 2 hours of the specimen entering the lab.
• Courier Service. Our couriers travel across Connecticut and Massachusetts. You
can be sure that when you need a pick-up, our couriers will be there.
• Customized Panels. We want to make working with us as easy as possible for you.
If you typically order the same series of tests, we can create customized panels for
you – one check and all of your tests are ordered.
• Customized Requisitions. Our requisitions come pre-printed with all of your
information. We can even customize the requisition so that only the tests that you
wish to appear are shown on it.
• Reports. We offer a number of different ways for you to receive your reports: fax,
email, internet, courier delivery or regular mail. We can even interface with your EMR
which often results in cost savings to you.
• Technical Staff Consultations. If you ever have any questions about a result or a
test, one of our highly trained technologists will be readily available to assist you.
